If there are specific bills or regulations you want to track closely, you can add them to your private file. When you add items to your private file, you can assign a level of priority to them as well as identify keywords, or tags, that help categorize the bill. Additionally, you can add comments you might have about the bill or regulation. All of this information will be saved with the bill so you can refer back to it later.
To do this:

Click on the plus icon (
) next to your Tracking File. Don't see the (
)? Measures that are already tracked will be indicated with a checkmark (
). You can stop tracking a measure by unchecking or utilizing the Suppress Other tracking option include:

To add new commentary to your bill or regulation: 1. Click the [Add Commentary] drop-down list. 2. Either select an [Existing Label] from the drop-down list, or create a new label 3. To attach a new file to your bill or regulations: 1. Click [+Add Attachment] 2. Enter a file name in the [Attachment Title Box]. 3. Click Browse to locate and select the file you want to attach. (Click Open to return to the Attach File pod.) 4. Click [Add] to link the file to the tracked bill or regulation. Use the trashcan icon to delete existing files linked to a tracked bill or regulation |
