State Net Regulatory Analytics applies machine learning to our highly structured historical data, with this we can forecast regulatory outcomes across all 50 states and D.C.   This feature provides 3 key visualization tools to help users see both progress and probability at a glance:

• Progress Bar: Shows where a rule stands in the regulatory process — Proposed → Interim → Adopted — and updates dynamically as the rule advances.

  

• Momentum Meter: Reflects the pace at which a rule is advancing compared to historical adoption timelines.
