Access and edit all saved searches and search alerts in one place.
Your saved term, topic, and smart searches are located in the My Searches pod.
Run a Saved Search with a single click
Click on the search name to run a search that checks for changes since the last report run date.
Update Run Date
Use the calendar icon to change the last run date on the search.
Edit Your Saved Search
Take the following steps to edit your saved search. Note: Editing searches will also change the settings in their associated alerts.
- Mouse over the search name
- Click the pencil icon to open the modal
- The following fields can be edited in the modal
- Search Name
- Filter Settings
- Save or Save as a New report
Delete Saved Searches
Take the following steps to delete searches that are no longer being used. Note: Deleting searches will also delete associated alerts.
- Mouse over Saved Search name
- Click the trashcan icon
- Confirm deletion by clicking "Yes, delete it"
Edit/Delete Alerts
Take the following steps to edit or delete alerts directly from the pod.
- Click alert dropdown
- Click on the alert to be edited to open the modal
- The following fields can be edited in the modal
- Recipients
- Contact Information
- Email Subject Line
- Frequency
- Message
- Customization Options
Deleting alerts will end the alert delivery to inbox, but it will not delete the associated reports from the account.
Search by Saved Search name
Use the filter box at the top of the pod to search for reports by name
Sort Saved Searches
Use the sort options at the top of the pod to sort reports
Please Note:
- If you run a search report on the new State Net product the run date will not update in the legacy saved search pod.
- Saved search reports created on the new State Net product will not appear on the legacy product.
