Access and edit all saved tracking reports and tracking alerts in one place.
Every report and alert created on the tracking console is available in the My Tracking Pod.
Run a report with a single click
Click on the report name to run a report that checks for changes since the last report run date.
Update Run Date
Use the calendar icon to change the last run date on the report.
Edit Reports
Take the following steps to edit a report. Note: Editing reports will also change the settings in their associated alerts.
- Mouse over the report name
- Click the pencil icon
- Change the Report Name
- Change filter settings
- Save or Save as a New report
Delete Reports
Delete reports that are no longer being used.
Take the following steps to delete a report. Note: Deleting reports will also delete associated alerts.
- Mouse over report name
- Click the trashcan icon
- Confirm deletion by clicking "Yes, delete it"
Edit/Delete Alerts
Take the following steps to edit or delete alerts directly from the pod. Note: Deleting alerts will end the alert delivery to inbox, but it will not delete the associated reports from the account.
- Click alert dropdown
- Click on the alert to be edited to open the modal
- The following fields can be edited in the modal
- Recipients
- Contact Information
- Email Subject Line
- Frequency
- Message
- Customization Options
Search by report name
Use the filter box at the top of the pod to search for reports by name.
Sort Reports
Use the sort options at the top of the pod to sort reports.
