All the information you add to tracked measures can be included or excluded from your State Net reports and alerts. The Tracking View displays all headings, tags, or your my Tracking Console but you can also create a Custom Display Template in the Tracking Console that masks select fields that you don’t want to include in reports and alerts that you share with your stakeholders:
- From the View dropdown menu on the top right select Create New Card View
- Name your view so it will be available from the View dropdown after you save the template
- Select Full View or Title View (see Results Card Views for more information)
- If you don’t want ANY of your tracking information to appear in your template uncheck Included all my private file information and all your commentary, attachments, headings, and tags will be hidden.
- If you only want to display certain notes, select Display Commentary > By Label and choose the commentary fields you would like to include in your template.
- If you want to exclude attachments from your template, select Display Attachments > None
- If you only want to display certain headings and tags, select Display Headings and Tags and expand each Heading menus to unselect the tags you would like to exclude from your report display.
- Click Save and this template will now be provided in the View dropdown in the Tracking Console so you can easily switch to this display with one-click in the future. This template can also be used for emails
that you send from the system and automated alerts
that you create
