You can run a committee and floor calendar report using the Legislative Calendar Report option under Resources at the top of the home page:
Under Search Type, you can choose which type of hearing information you want to view:
Private file: upcoming hearing information specifically for your tracked bills
Calendar state: upcoming hearing information for all bills in a specific state
Hearings and Notices: general upcoming hearing and notices information in a specific state
After running the search, you can setup recurring email alerts to notify you daily, weekly, or monthly of new hearings by using the bell icon at the top of the results:
You can also integrate hearing information directly into your calendar (Outlook, iCal, etc.) using the Calendar Entry icon next to the hearing of your choice:
In addition to the legislative calendar, you can set up email alerts for new hearing notifications on your tracked measures inside the Tracking Console using the bell icon at the top right of the results page:
Fill out the Create New Alert information form, which includes more frequency options, and select save:
