You can set up Alerts to notify you of any changes in effective dates (and more) for the bills you are tracking. Then, when an effective date is added or changed for a bill, you will receive an email notification (an Alert).
1. Start by clicking Go to Tracking Console inthe My Tracking box on you home page.
2.Use Filters located on the left hand side of the screen to generate your report.
Choose New Effective Date
Once the report is generated you can create an alert by clicking on the Bell icon. A new window will appear: Create Alert.
Using the Create Alert function, you can personalize what kinds of alerts you receive in your email and how often you receive them. Among the many other options, you can set alerts for a bill's change in status, and new effective dates.
