Is Legislative Outlook displayed for all legislation?

Legislative Outlook is provided for all bills but the probability scores are not applicable for enacted, vetoed, or failed legislation so the scores are hidden at those stages.  Additionally, a “No Forecast” score is displayed for resolutions, ballot measures, and executive orders.

The Legislative Outlook Forecast can be found under the Overview tab within the content reader, where you access Text.

The Legislative Outlook Forecast colors are also displayed on the progress bar for all legislation.  The progress bar displays on the Results Page when using the Full View or the Tracking View.

Black: No Forecast

Green: High

Yellow: Medium

Red: Low
