Information provided on regulations

Every proposal (or in some cases, newly adopted rule) will be assigned an unique RegID number after details about that particular rule proposal have been entered (or “tracked”) into our system. This RegID number will follow the regulation or regulations throughout the entirety of the rule making process.

Additionally, State Net will also provide the following content for proposed and adopted rules:

• The name of the agency considering the regulation
• A title, citation, and summary
• The dates the regulation is proposed and adopted
• Agency contact information and comment deadlines
• Status updates, publication sources, and hearing information
• All version of the regulatory text
