How do I print a list of all headings and tags?

You can access a list of all existing headings and tags in printer format through Workspace.

First, select Workspace > File Manager > Legislation:

Once the page loads, click Actions on the left-hand side and select "Manage headings/tags":

Once your headings and tags appear, click on the printer icon and see a full list of all headings/tags:
