The Search Legislation and Regulations by Topic feature uses State Net’s indexing system so you can narrow searches to only the subject categories that interest you.
Every piece of legislation and regulation introduced and entered into the LexisNexis® State Net® database is categorized under a three-level indexing system ranging from a broad to a very specific focus.
For example, a bill relating to art galleries serving wine might be assigned topics "Wine", "Artworks and Artists", and "Alcoholic Beverage Licenses".
