What are Agecny Documents?
Any document issued by a state that is not an administrative regulation and that does not directly affect, or relate to affecting a state’s administrative code.
Where do Agency Documents come from?
Agency Documents come from state agencies. They are issued by state departments, administrations, divisions, boards, commissions, advisory councils, and other governmental organizations.
Many states publish these types of documents in an official, regular publication called a register. Some states have a centralized website (for example, a Secretary of State filing site) where all documents are made available. At other times, documents will be posted to an individual department website. We also receive rdocs directly through the mail!
