Insurance and Board of Pharmacy Agency Documents

In addition to our general regulatory document collections, we also collect topic specific regulatory documents from Boards of Pharmacy and Insurance Agencies in 51 jurisdictions.  We gather this content from individual department websites and directly through the mail.

These regulatory document collections differ from our other regulatory document collections as follows:

• Source agencies are checked for new documents daily
• Sources are reviewed weekly to ensure our ability to maintain timely collections
• Processing of these regulatory documents are prioritized with a goal of having them online and in customer feeds the morning after collection

Limitations for topic specific regulatory document collections:

• We do not currently collect regulatory documents directly from federal agency sources
• Documents are sometimes not available from the source agency immediately upon issuance
