What are agency documents?

A regulatory document is classified as any document issued by a state that:

• Is not an administrative regulation, and
• That does not directly affect, or relate to affecting, a state’s administrative code.

Regulatory documents may include (but are by no means limited to):

• Notices of regularly scheduled meetings held by a Board, Commission, or other state agency
• Procedural compliance documents related to various types of professional licenses
• Hunting and fishing season openings or early closings
• Notices of grant availability
