Tracking Dashboard: What does the Progress Column represent?

In Tracking Dashboard, the Progress column includes information about the bill's disposition and status in the legislative cycle.  Users that sort by this column will see bills measures that have advanced the furthest (see below):

• Enacted (Green Check Icon)
• Executive (Progress Bar Icon)
• Concurrence (Progress Bar Icon)
• Passed 2^nd Chamber (Progress Bar Icon)
• Passed 2^nd Fiscal Committee (Progress Bar Icon)
• Passed 2^nd Committee (Progress Bar Icon)
• Passed 1^st Chamber (Progress Bar Icon)
• Passed 1^st Fiscal Committee (Progress Bar Icon)
• Passed 1^st Committee (Progress Bar Icon)
• Introduced (Progress Bar Icon)
• Vetoed (Red X Icon)
• Failed (Red X Icon)
