How are my headings and tags displayed in the “Customer Issues” pod?

Headings and Tags are sorted by volume. 

The Customer Issues pod can be found in your Tracking Dashboard. 

Once in My Dashboard, toggle from the List view, to the Visualize view.

The Customer Issues pod is located at the bottom left. The most assigned headings will appear at the top of the list. Similarly, the most assigned tags are listed first within each sorted heading category.
